550mW, 30K - RGB Laser Projector

Hello to all,

Here's my cool RGB Laser Projector.  Here are the specs:

- 30K galvos

- Uses my laser diode driver for red lasers (see products page)

- Uses a custom-built twin red lasers combined in a polarized cube.  Each is 200mW (~400mW total) at 660nm.

- Uses a 100mW green DPSS

- Uses a 50mW 473nm blue laser from CNI

- Driven by the FrameStreamer Express 1.1 - USB DAC (see products page)

- Graphics played by NLS 1.6.7

The actual output power is probably a bit less than 550mW since the dichros are not 100% efficient.

Indeed, the suitcase is upside down, but that's how I got the best fit.

Please don't email to ask me for plans or schematics.  This is not a kit for sale, but just a personal project for fun.
